Two separate things are billed. Your Dealup subscription is one. Meta's per-conversation fee is the other, and it goes to Meta, not to us. We always show them apart so you can see where the cost sits.
What Meta charges for
Meta bills per 24-hour conversation window, not per message. Once a window opens, every message either side of it during those 24 hours is covered by that single charge.
What changes the price
- The category of the conversation — marketing costs more than utility
- The country the customer's number belongs to
- Meta's own periodic price changes
